Providing exceptional client service is a key principle at Harcourts Tandem Realty and this is something our teams live and breathe every day. That’s why we’re very excited to have been recognised for this at last week’s Harcourts Quarterly Awards.

The Tandem branches swept up a number of awards, including the coveted Client Experience Award for our Orewa and Whangaparaoa offices. This is the award we all strive for and recognises an exceptional level of client service. The best thing is that it is voted for by our clients who rate the offices – so we’ve been awarded by our customers!

A number of our individual agents also received awards, and the Warkworth Office took away the honour of being the Top Office nationwide in September for the medium group category – an outstanding achievement.

Another core part of the Harcourts Tandem experience is ensuring our agents have all the up-to-date skills needed for their jobs. Training plays a crucial role at Harcourts Tandem and next week we are holding a training session around auctions so that our agents can hone their skills in this important area and keep up with best practice.

We’re also placing a real focus on our digital experience at the moment – to ensure we’re marketing our clients’ properties effectively and improving the reach of their marketing dollar. Look out for changes soon!
