The last month has been an unusual time for us all as a country, but it has not prevented the Harcourts Tandem Team from continuing to work and adapt. In this time, we have been working from home and focussing on what we can still do for the community and those who are in the market to buy or sell property. This has led to many webinar training, Zoom meetings, and brainstorming sessions on how to better assist our clients. We have placed a strong emphasis on finding the best options in digital marketing, online auctions through live streaming Apps, and 3D Virtual Home Tours, which are all available to our clients.

As Level 3 has now been implemented, we can start showing property again and better assist our clients. Market appraisals, registered valuations, buyer inspections, building inspections, home staging, pre-settlement inspections, and photography are all now able to be done, just under strict government guidelines.
